- How many WhatsApp numbers, and whether they are already on the Cloud API.
- Roughly how many messages a month you send.
- Whether you need SSO, SCIM or a particular data region.
If you already have an account, the product has support built in and it will reach us with your organisation already attached — that is faster than email.
