AI
AI in the plan, metered by token, not sold as credits
Draft replies, conversation summaries and field extraction, with a token allowance included in every plan and no per-token charge on top of it.
Drafts an agent edits, not replies a bot sends
AI proposes; a person sends. The draft uses the conversation, the contact record and your own knowledge base, and the agent can change every word of it.
Summaries for the handover
A long thread becomes five lines for whoever picks it up next shift, attached to the conversation rather than pasted into a note.
Extraction into fields you already have
Pull an order number, an address or an intent out of free text and put it on the contact, where a segment and a flow can use it.
You can see what it cost
Input tokens, output tokens and requests are metered per organisation and shown in the product. The allowance is on the pricing page; when you reach it, AI pauses and we tell you, and there is no AI credit balance to top up.
Why not credits
A credit is a unit only the vendor can price. A token is a unit the whole industry prices, which means you can check our arithmetic — and it means a long conversation costs what a long conversation costs rather than one whole credit.
An entitlement on some plans and not others. The pricing table says which.
