Terms of service
Last updated 2026-10-14
1. The agreement
Who the parties are, what the service is, and which document wins when two of them disagree. An order form or an enterprise agreement takes precedence over these terms.
2. Your account and your organisation
An organisation is the unit everything belongs to. You are responsible for who you invite and for the actions of the people you invite. A seat is an active member or a pending invitation.
3. Your data is yours
Your contacts, conversations, messages and media remain yours. We process them to run the service you asked for, and for nothing else. We do not sell them, and we do not train a general-purpose model on them.
4. WhatsApp, and Meta’s terms
Using WhatsApp through IconEngage also binds you to Meta’s WhatsApp Business terms and messaging policies. Meta bills the WhatsApp Business Account you connect for its own message charges; we do not resell those charges. Meta can restrict or suspend a number for policy reasons, and that is outside our control — which is why the product enforces opt-outs before a send rather than after.
5. Plans, limits and payment
What a plan includes, what happens at an included allowance (that activity pauses until the next period, we tell you, and nothing is charged beyond the plan), and what happens on a downgrade: the downgrade is accepted, nothing is deleted, and adding more of whatever you are now over is blocked until you are back under. Prices are in the currency shown on the pricing page. A plan version is fixed for the subscriptions signed on it.
6. Acceptable use
No messaging people who have not consented, no messaging people who have opted out, and nothing Meta’s policies prohibit. This is the clause that protects other customers’ numbers as well as your own.
7. Availability and support
Target availability, how maintenance is announced, and how support is reached.
8. Suspension and termination
When we may suspend, how much notice you get, and what happens to your data afterwards — how long it remains exportable and when it is deleted.
9. Liability
The limits, and what they do not limit.
10. Changes to these terms
How a change is announced and when it takes effect.
11. Governing law
Which law applies and where a dispute is heard.
