Campaigns

Broadcasts that respect the rules Meta actually enforces

Template management, approval tracking, segment-based broadcasts, opt-out handling and per-message delivery reporting for WhatsApp campaigns.

Templates, with their approval state visible

Submit a template, see where it is in Meta review, see why it was rejected, and see which campaigns are blocked waiting for it. No guessing from an email.

Segments that are queries, not exports

Build an audience from contact attributes, tags, conversation history or campaign response. The segment is re-evaluated when the campaign sends, so it is not a stale CSV.

Opt-outs are honoured before the send, not after

An opted-out contact is removed from the audience at send time and the campaign reports how many. This is the part that gets an account restricted when it is done casually.

Delivery reporting per message

Sent, delivered, read, failed — with the failure reason Meta gave, per recipient, not as a percentage.

Scheduling in your customers’ time, not the server’s

Schedule against the organisation time zone. A campaign written on Friday evening does not arrive at 3 a.m.

An entitlement on some plans and not others. The pricing table says which.
