Automation report
See how many flow runs started each day and how they ended: completed, failed, cancelled or stopped.
The Automation report counts the flow runs that started each day across all your flows, and where each one has got to.
Note: Every role except Billing Administrator can see this report.
Go to Analytics › Automation. To change the days, set From, To and, if offered, Day boundary, then click Apply.
Only real (production) runs are counted. Test runs from the flow builder never appear in any analytics.
Totals over the range
Each run is counted on the day it started, under the state it's in now.
| Figure | What it means |
|---|---|
| Started | Runs that started in the range. |
| Still running | Runs that haven't finished yet: running, waiting, or paused for a person. |
| Completed | Runs that reached the end of the flow. |
| Failed | Runs that ended in failure. |
| Cancelled | Runs that someone cancelled. |
| Aborted | Runs stopped because they hit the step limit. |
Two small charts show Started and Failed day by day, each on its own scale, so a few failures are still visible next to many starts.
Runs per day
The table has one row per day: Day, Started, Active, Completed, Failed, Cancelled and Aborted. Active is the same as Still running above.
If no flow started a run in the range, the page says No runs in this range.
Tip: To see the runs of one flow, and which steps they reached, open the flow from Automation › Flows. See Flow runs and versions.
