Commerce report
See carts, orders, payments, revenue and abandoned carts from your WhatsApp shop, day by day.
The Commerce report shows what happened in your WhatsApp shop each day: the carts customers sent, the orders you accepted, the orders that were paid, revenue, and abandoned carts.
Note: Every role except Billing Administrator can see this report.
Go to Analytics › Commerce. You can also reach it from the Analytics tab next to Orders and Catalogs.
Choose the dates
- Pick a date in From and To.
- Click Apply.
The report opens on roughly the last 30 days. Days here are always counted on UTC days, whatever your organisation's day boundary is.
Totals
| Figure | What it means |
|---|---|
| Carts | Carts customers sent you from your catalogue in WhatsApp. |
| Orders | Carts you accepted as orders. |
| Paid | Orders paid through your payment gateway. |
| Revenue | Money from paid orders. If you sell in more than one currency, each currency is shown separately and never added together. |
| Abandoned | Carts that were never turned into an order and were marked abandoned. |
| Carts → paid | Paid as a share of Carts. |
Not counted in Paid and Revenue: orders paid outside the payment gateway, such as cash on delivery, a bank transfer or a status you changed by hand. An order counts as paid only when the gateway confirms the payment.
Under the totals, a line checks the figures against each other: Every paid order was an order first. If it shows a warning instead, contact support.
By day
The table has one row per day: Day, Carts, Orders, Paid, Revenue and Abandoned.
If there was no cart, order or payment in the range, the page says Nothing in this range.
